Please note: Anti Natal/ Post Natal clients, must have written or verbal approval (noted on their medical records) from a qualified GP or midwife. You cannot attend Pilates for the first 13 weeks of pregnancy or 6 weeks after a natural birth and 10 weeks after a c-section.

For those who have never done pilates, but also suitable for those who have done a little in the past.

Beginner / Improver
For those who have completed a couple of courses and have been practicing pilates for a short period.

Suitable for those who have practising pilates for a year or more.

For those who have progressed within pilates cable of intermediate level of exercises.

Suitable for those who have been practising pilates for many years on a regular basis.
