Body Shape Pilates is working hard to keep you safe. We are guided by the experts PHE, UK
government and UK Active.

Posters will be on display informing customers and Instructors of social distancing and
cleanliness/ hygiene protocols through the studio.

BSPL will commit to the wellbeing of our instructors and customers, and if they show/ have any
signs of Covid-19 (temperature, cough and difficulty breathing), or just feel unwell, they will be
sent home to follow the Government guidelines. Please stay at home if you have any symptoms
or just feel unwell.

Hand sanitisers and cleaning materials will be provided.

The studio floor is clearly marked throughout with 2m markings. 

Do not wait on the staircase, please remain outside until the instructor asks you to enter. Please
remain socially distanced whilst waiting to enter the studio. Customers should not cluster in
groups before/ after classes.

Face masks are not mandatory.

BSPL will continue rigorous cleaning procedures. Instructors will carry out regular cleaning of
high- contact touch points between each class. ( Banisters, door handles etc).

If there is a Covid-19 case at the studio , BSPL will follow PHE Guidance.

Reformers are 2m apart. Equipment should be cleaned by the customer before and after use.
Using the cleaning products provided. This is in addition to the cleaning schedule. 

Classes have been reduced to 55mins. 
This allows 5 minutes for customers to leave the building before the
next class arrives. Please do not arrive early. You will not be allowed inside.

All customers must provide their own equipment. Mat, block, band, water bottle and a box or bag
to place all personal items into. Including coats and shoes. This will be place into your marked
area.

Please come to class with your workout gear on. Wear slip on shoes, to allow a quick change
before the class starts.

 If using the toilets you must clean all surfaces
before and after use. Using the cleaning materials provided. Please wash your hands.

When the class has finished please collect all your belongings and change into your shoes and
coat as quick as possible. No waiting around in groups.
