I can’t believe we are nearly a month gone into 2022. It has been a busy start to the year. Things are looking good. More and more inquiries are coming in. People are starting to want to return to Pilates in Poole/Bournemouth.

The courses are starting to fill quickly, which is fantastic news. 

This year Body Shape Pilates Ltd celebrate 10 years in the studio. Don’t know where the time has gone.
