With everything closed due to Covid-19, what should you do to keep yourself fit and healthy. Not just your body but your mind. It is easy to get stuck in a hole. The advise I give my clients is, Get up, make your bed, breakfast, wash, dress and then join me with an online Pilates class. If you are not currently a client, you can still put a few pilates exercises together. 10 minutes a day. Doesn’t matter where you live. Accessible to everyone, as its in your own home. Let’s hope we can get back to normal classes very soon.
